Corporate structure
Elettrosud consists in 70 employees with a fixed-term contract.
There are 10 construction site managers who gained their professional experience working in the sector of electrical building, cable installation, metal carpentry and road and civil work.
The in-company technical staff consists in 7 technicians dealing with the construction sites accounts, the materials choice and the necessary legal advice; the administrative staff consists in 4 employees dealing with the contracts, the deliveries, the in-company administrative organization and the management of the human resources. The whole staff must be aware of the issues relevant to the safety, the organization and the logistics.
Moreover, they all follow periodic refresher courses about the management of the resources, the organization of the work, the newest performance techniques and technologies. Within the services declared in the business name, the company arranged a proper management system of the quality suitable for the activities relevant to the installation and maintenance of MT and BT lines, civil and industrial electrical systems, external lighting systems, in order to satisfy the contract requirements, the binding requirements and the customer’s and the other interested parties’ needs and expectations.
Through appropriate Quality Management Procedures, we have decided the sequence and the interactions relevant to the processes as well as the criteria and methods which are necessary to provide the effective control and functioning, the resources and information availability, the monitoring, the measure and the analysis necessary to achieve the planned goals.
If the company commits to external suppliers activities and/or procedures which may affect the product conformity, then the company assures the control of the said procedures by stating their modalities.
